Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Combine:

  • 3/4 cups margarine
  • 1    cup sugar
  • 4    Tbs molasses--(sorghum is what I use)
  • 1    egg

 Combine:

  • 2 &1/4 cups flour
  • 2    tsp soda
  • 1    tsp each of cinnamon, cloves, ginger

Mix all together. 

Roll into small balls; dip in granulated sugar

Bake 10 - 15 minutes at 375 degrees
