Ingredients:
- 3 Hot house, seedless, cucumbers
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 Tbs salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- ½ cup snipped fresh dill or 2 Tbs dried dill weed
Cut cucumbers into 1/16-inch slices; place in bowl with tight-fitting lids.
Mix sugar, salt and pepper; sprinkle over cucumbers. Cover. Shake to cover cucumbers.
Pour vinegar over cucumbers; cover. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
Sprinkle with dill and toss before serving.
