You'll need:
- One can each of drained green beans, kidney beans and wax beans.
- One small onion sliced in half-ring circles.
- Half a green pepper sliced in ringlets, ¼ red pepper chopped for color.
Place all of the above in large glass jar.
Mix your dressing:
- 7/8 cup sugar, one cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup oil
- one tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Combine and pour over beans. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Salad will keep in fridge for a long time.
