Ingredients:
- 1 two-lb package cold kraut (drained)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup sugar,
- 1 cup white vinegar
- ½ cup: veg. oil.
- ½ cup chopped red or orange bell pepper (for color)
Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. Will keep in fridge for several weeks.
