Boogie's Kielbasa and Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups catsup
  • 2 Tbs onion powder
  • 2 Tbs chili powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small jar of Currant Jelly

Directions:

Cut Kielbasa sausages into ¾ “ pieces and brown on both sides in skillet.  Do not cook until they get hard. That’s too long.

Place sausages in crock pot.  Heat sauce in saucepan until sugar melts and pour over sausage. Heat in crock pot several hours.

There is enough sauce for several pounds sausage.  If you have leftover sauce, you can pour it over more sausage later.
